Kaspedia is a platform for discovering places in the Kaş region with business listings, reviews, maps, reservations and messaging.

You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for your account's security and activity.

No unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, images and campaigns. We do not guarantee content accuracy and reserve the right to moderate.

The Kaspedia brand, design and software are protected. You retain rights to content you upload and grant us a license to display it.

Automated collection, copying or processing of any content, business data or user information from the Platform using robots, spiders, crawlers, scraping tools or similar automated means is prohibited without Kaspedia's prior written permission.

Violations may result in access restrictions (IP blocking) and legal action.

The Platform is an intermediary and not a party to transactions between businesses and users. The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts may be suspended or closed for violations. You may end your membership at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Antalya (Kaş) have jurisdiction.
