Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement covers the online sale of subscription packages under Turkish consumer protection law.
1. Parties
SELLER: Ömer İsler, Kaş / Antalya, [email protected].
BUYER: the business/user purchasing a subscription package via the Platform.
2. Subject
The sale and delivery of the digital subscription package selected by the BUYER.
3. Service & Price
The package name, scope, term (monthly/yearly) and price (incl. VAT) are shown at checkout. Prices are those valid at the time of order.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via the iyzico payment provider using credit/debit cards. Card details are not stored by the Platform.
5. Delivery
The subscription is activated electronically immediately after payment confirmation.
6. Right of Withdrawal
For digital services where performance begins with the BUYER's consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The BUYER accepts this at checkout.
A 14-day withdrawal right remains for services not yet performed.
7. Effect
The agreement takes effect upon the BUYER's electronic approval.
